Beds are pieces of article of furniture used for sleeping. Unlike types of beds have been used throughout history, many very unlike the beds we know today. Some were simple piles of rugs or sacks stuffed with straw, while others were huge and elaborately carved.

During medieval times, beds were frequently surrounded by curtains to keep out drafts. 1. Brainstorm by drawing a rectangular cube. Kickoff, describe a parallelogram to form the top of the mattress. Then, extend a straight line down from each of its 3 nearest corners. Connect these lines using directly lines, forming the three-dimensional rectangular cube.

2. Draw the bedposts, erasing equally necessary. Draw a narrow rectangle upon each corner, extending beyond the cube on the top and on the bottom.

3. Depict parallel curved lines in a rainbow shape from one bedpost to the other on the narrow finish of the bed. This forms the headboard.
